My name is Lisa. I'll be 53 soon. I consider myself fairly healthy except for a pain in my left heel due to a bone spur. I've been suffering for about a year. I went to a foot doctor throughout a period of time. I took pills, got three shots in the heel, bought shoe soles, did certain foot exercises. Everything I did seemed to help a little for a while. But when my sister-in-law, Gloria, turned me on these "vital minerals" I ordered them took these as directed. I was able to go about the normal routine with more comfort. I really believe these calcium tablets have helped. I have run a home daycare from 6:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. I'm on my feet all day. Recently I reordered some more of these tablets. I'm trying to avoid surgery. I can not afford the down time. I've also visited foot Efx store. Got some better in soles for my shoes that fit to my footprint of my foot.

I have been taking "vital minerals" for approx 6 months. I am a avid mountain hiker and love playing tennis. My left heel hurt so bad brom a bone spur that I was unable to function in any of the sporting activities which I love so much. In October 2001 I went to the doctor with pain in the heel of my foot. I was told I have a bone spur. The doctor gave me 4 shots in my heel from October thru February 2002. Dear Sir:

In June of this year, I discovered your website and decided to order "vital minerals". I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in March 2003, and nothing helped my condition - no even an injection in my heel. What made this so painful was that this condition was in both feet, due to injury while exercising.

In the meantime, I went to a foot specialist who put my right foot in a cast. There was no bone spur, only a severe case of plantar fasciitis. It was at this time that I began taking the "vital minerals". When my foot was taken out of the cast, it was still sore, but was much improved, but the left foot was still just as sore.

I am still taking "vital minerals", and I am proud to tell you that finally I have noticed an improvement in my feet. It took some time, but I attribute my healing to the "vital minerals", and I plan on taking it for as long as it is sold and available.

About six weeks ago I went to the doctor because of a pain in my heel that just kept getting worse. He told me it was a bone spur and said I needed to put arches in my shoe's. He told me that it would take some time to heal that I just needed to be patient. I tried to be patient but the pain was excruciating and I decided to do some research on bone spur's. My research lead me to this web site. The testimonies I read made me want to cry because I felt I suddenly had hope for my pain where I had none before. Yes, I was real skeptical but I figured what could I lose? I was spending a fortune at the doctors office.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I bought the calcium and have been taking it for nearly four weeks. It is miraculous how this stuff works. Dear Barbara: Just to let you know that after 3 months of taking "vital minerals" my spurs seem to have disappeared. After going to the podiatrist for 2 months and having shots of cortisone (without success) my spurs were still very uncomfortable for walking. I went on the internet to find help on my own. I thanks God each and every day that I found this web site. I was in so much pain from a heel spur that I would get out of bed crying. I have a very high tolerance for pain and this pain was just too much for me to bear... and I've had two children!!!! I started feeling some relief after about 10 days.
